Description: Family house ''Laguna'' has two A4 apartments on the first floor, built in 1995. and on second floor one apartment A4 and one apartment A4+2, built in 2003. The size of each apartment is about 60 m2. The house is situated on the east side of Bol, on the coast, half way betwen port and Dominican monastery. A4 apartments are composed of room with martimonial bed, room with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and seaside terrace. Apartment A4+2 has living room which is furnished with sofa, comfortable bed for two persons.

Apartments are equiped with cooking-range, fridge with freezer, caffe-maker, air-condition, TV-SAT, hair-dryer, linens, towels...
At request: iron, ironing board, baby-bed, baby-cot.

Fishing is forbidden from apartment's terraces. Animals (pets, cats... etc.) are not allowed. It is possible to anchor your own boat in front of the house (free of charge). At ground floor of the house is the ''a-la-cart'' restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. The price of service you can agree in the restaurant when you arrive, not by e-mail. Near apartments (max 100m) there are four restaurants that offer dalmatian dishes. The closest ''cafe-bar'' with music is in the center.

The beach on photo is distanced three minutes walk toward east and if you go to the west, for three minutes, you will be in center of Bol where all public offices and market are situated.

Following prices are for apartment a day. Price includes: rent of apartment, expenses of water, power and gas, tourist tax, change of linens and towels once a week. The apartments are fully-equipped for your confort and must be left in the condition in which you found them.

After your reservation request and our positive answer, we have to receive from you the pre-payment in the period of five days in the amount of 25% of total amount (minimum 100 eur). Please sent us copy of receive on our fax number. The rest you will pay when you arrive in Bol and for all period agreed with our e-mail correspondence.
If you would like to stay for two weeks and more, we approve 5 % discount.
For payment of total amount, at the moment of reservation, we approve 5 % discount.
In case you want to cancel your reservation and if you do it 21 days or more than 21 days before your planned arrival you will receive back your payment minus the amount taken by the bank money transfer fee.
In case you want to cancel your reservation 20 or less than 20 days before your planned arrival, the depozit will only be refunded in the event that the apartment is subsequently booked for the period of the original booking.
